ملكية البياناتData ownership

  • كل مستشفى على سيرفر خاص بيه، مش متشارك مع عملاء تانيينEach hospital runs on its own server, not shared with other customers
  • البيانات ملك المستشفى، وبتتسلّم كاملة لو التعاقد انتهىThe data is yours, and is handed over in full if the contract ends
  • ما بنبيعش ولا بنشارك بيانات المرضى مع أي حدWe never sell or share patient data

الدخول والصلاحياتAccess and roles

  • كل موظف يشوف صناديق الوارد اللي متضاف ليها بسEach agent sees only the inboxes they belong to
  • جلسة واحدة شغالة لكل حساب، فالحساب ما يتفتحش من جهازينOne active session per account, so an account can't be open on two devices
  • مراقبة المشرف بتتسجل: مين شاف أنهي محادثة وإمتىSupervisor monitoring is logged: who viewed which chat and when

النسخ الاحتياطي والتحديثاتBackups and updates

  • نسخة احتياطية يومية لقاعدة البياناتA daily database backup
  • نسخة احتياطية قبل أي تحديث، وخطة رجوع لو حصلت مشكلةA backup before every update, with a rollback plan if anything goes wrong
  • كل خاصية جديدة بتتراجع وتتجرب قبل ما توصل للمستشفىEvery new feature is reviewed and tested before it reaches the hospital

الاتصالConnections

  • كل الاتصال بالمنصة مشفّر عن طريق HTTPSEvery connection to the platform is encrypted over HTTPS
  • الرسايل بتمر عن طريق WhatsApp Business API الرسمي من Meta وبتخضع لسياساتهاMessages travel through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, under Meta's policies

القانونThe law

  • بنساعد المستشفى يلتزم بقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020We help the hospital meet Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020
  • المستشفى هو المسؤول عن البيانات، واحنا بنعالجها بالنيابة عنه وحسب تعليماتهThe hospital controls the data, and we process it on its behalf and on its instructions
