الموقع ما بيطلبش منك أي بيانات، ومفيهوش أدوات تتبّع أو إعلانات. بيحفظ اختيارك للغة في متصفحك بس. الخطوط بتتحمّل من Google Fonts، فـ Google بتشوف عنوان الـ IP بتاعك زي أي موقع. لما تدوس على زرار واتساب، المحادثة بتتم على واتساب وبتخضع لسياسة Meta.This site asks for no personal data and has no trackers or ads. It only stores your language choice in your browser. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address as with any site. When you tap a WhatsApp button, the chat happens on WhatsApp under Meta's policy.

بيانات المرضى في سند كونكتPatient data in Sanad Connect

المستشفى أو العيادة المشتركة هي المسؤولة عن بيانات مرضاها. مسار تك بتعالج البيانات دي بالنيابة عنها وحسب تعليماتها وعقدها، ولأغراض تشغيل الخدمة بس.The subscribing hospital or clinic controls its patients' data. Masar Tech processes that data on its behalf, under its instructions and contract, and only to run the service.

فين البيانات بتتخزنWhere data is stored

على سيرفر خاص بكل عميل. الرسايل بتمر عن طريق WhatsApp Business API من Meta.On a server dedicated to each customer. Messages travel through Meta's WhatsApp Business API.

مشاركة البياناتSharing

ما بنبيعش ولا بنأجّر ولا بنشارك البيانات الشخصية. بنستخدم مزودين ضروريين للتشغيل بس، زي الاستضافة و Meta.We never sell, rent or share personal data. We only use providers needed to run the service, such as hosting and Meta.

مدة الاحتفاظRetention

البيانات بتفضل طول مدة التعاقد، وبتتسلّم للعميل أو تتمسح حسب طلبه لما التعاقد ينتهي.Data is kept for the length of the contract, then handed to the customer or deleted at its request.

حقوقكYour rights

لو انت مريض وعايز تشوف بياناتك أو تصححها أو تمسحها، تواصل مع المستشفى أو العيادة مباشرة، واحنا بنساعدهم ينفذوا طلبك حسب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020.If you are a patient and want to see, correct or delete your data, contact the hospital or clinic directly, and we help them act on your request under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
